Return window

7 calendar days from delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags.

How to return

Email [email protected] with your order number. We reply within 2 working days with a return address.

Return shipping

Customer pays return shipping, except where the item is defective or wrongly dispatched.

Refund timeline

Refunds are issued to the original card within 7 to 10 working days of receipt and inspection.

Made to order

Custom-tailored items are produced to your measurements and chosen fabric. They are non-refundable except as set out below.

Cancellation

Within 24 hours of order: full refund. Between 24 and 72 hours: refund less a 25% pattern, fabric and design fee. After 72 hours: non-cancellable, as cutting has begun.

Modifications

Style, fabric and colour changes are accepted only before cutting begins (typically the first 72 hours). Measurement adjustments of up to 2 cm are accepted up to day 5 of production.

Defects

If a finished piece does not match the agreed specification, we will remake it at no cost or, at your choice, issue a partial refund proportional to the defect.

Alterations

Every bespoke order includes one round of complimentary alterations within 30 days of delivery.

Not covered

Change of mind, body changes after measurement sign-off, perceived screen-colour differences, and damage from wear or third-party tailoring.

Please contact us before raising a card dispute. All transactions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rivers State.
